The Aleut Way: out of the head, towards the heart2007
From that moment on I understood how wise men received their spiritual instructions to live, the principles that helped them maintain their communities lasted thousands of years: reciprocity with all that is alive, humility, respect for all forms of life, to honor the vision of the elders, to give without expecting to receive anything in return, to always think of others first, and many others … When you access the center that is at the heart you should have the courage to follow what you say. Sometimes it seems that it makes us jump a cliff. But if you do it, you will never regret it. Because once you have entered the heart – really – then you enter into a vast field of consciousness, which makes you connect deeply with the rest of the living things ”
