From our point of view, the minority voice is the most important voice to consider. It is the minority voice that expresses the things that are going wrong, the things that we’re not looking after, the things that we’re not doing, the things that we’re not being responsible toward, the things that we’re being aggressive about or overlooking. One of the things our leaders said in the Four Societies process is that if you ignore this minority voice then it will create conflict in your community, and this conflict will create a breakdown that endangers the whole community.
