The Twelve

The Twelve is a documentary of 77:07 minutes that gives voice to the traditions of wisdom through the words of twelve Elders. In November 2017, twelve senior representatives of wisdom traditions around the world agreed to meet at the United Nations headquarters (New York) on a council called The Council of Twelve and Above. Leaving aside their cultural differences, they led a unique ritual in complete unity at an ancestral point of concentrated energy. Together they created the array of a new reality in which human beings can live in harmony and love between us and with nature.

Each of these twelve elders shares a long forgotten wisdom, knows our complex connection with nature and all humanity, and reminds us of what it means to be human and how to live in harmony with us and with nature. This film shows how traditions of wisdom can be a source of inspiration and solutions for ourselves and our modern society, because they share important messages from which we can all benefit.
