Bells boscos vells

The book ‘Bells boscos vells’ (Beatiful Old Forests), part of the Symbiosis project, promoted by the Agrupació Naturalista i Ecologista de la Garrotxa, offers a sample of large-format images of old or mature forests, representative of the forest diversity of Catalonia, with brief introductory texts, accompanied by ‘a collection of poems. The images are by photographer Pep Sau. The Silene Association collaborated with a prologue by Josep Maria Mallarach and a collection of poems, including one by Laia Llobera, a member of the association.

The published photographs, accompanied by others, were initially exhibited at the La Mercè Cultural Center in Girona. Later, they have followed an exhibition tour in various public hospitals in Catalonia.
