Pilgrimages: Historical, intercultural and contemporary overview

The association Amics de Besalú i el seu comtat is organizing a seminar on “Pilgrimages: Historical, intercultural and contemporary overview” to be given by Josep Maria Mallarach, president of the Silene Association. It will deal with spiritual connection with and through nature, as well as heritage conservation on pilgrimage paths and routes, with examples from the world’s most important spiritual traditions. The session will be on Saturday April 13, at 12 noon in the Gothic room of the Royal Court Palace in Besalú, Catalonia. Besalú City Council and Silene Association are collaborating. Language will be Catalan and entry is free.
