On 20 and 21 June was held the “International Seminar on Science and Religion cooperation for Environmental Care (ISSREC)” organized by the Chair of Environmental Ethics, Tatiana Perez de Guzmán el Bueno Foundation of the University of Alcalá, and the Foundation Promotion social Culture. International scientists and leaders of several of the worlds’ religions met to discuss about the need to cooperate to face the challenges of conservation at the global level, aiming towards a common position.
The international seminar was held at the shrine of Torreciudad, in the pre-Pyrenees of Aragon, Spain, and discussed the encyclical of Pope Francisco Laudato si, on the first anniversary of its publication.
