Promotion of intangible heritage of Reserves of Biosphere of Spain and Portugal

Goals:

Deepen the concept of intangible heritage in the context of protected areas in general and reserves of biosphere in particular.

Train managers in promoting the intangible heritage linked to natural protected areas.

Share experiences of best practices of intangible heritage valorisation.

Encourage the use of dissemination tools focusing in the intangible heritage of natural protected areas.

Train participants in the design of communication actions oriented towards the intangible heritage.

Target: Managers of Biosphere Reserves, managers of other protected areas.
Contents:• Intangible heritage, cultural and spiritual values: design, foundations and International, European and Spanish examples.• Demonstrative examples of best practices of communication and valorisation of the intangible heritage.• Design of communication actions to promote intangible heritage.
Duration: 20 hours
