Contemplación de la naturaleza y ética ambiental

The materials of this publication are part of an introduction to nature contemplation course held in June 2019 in the Puerto de Navacerrada, north of Madrid, Spain, in the framework of the activities of the Chair of Environmental ethics of the University of Alcalá. The three-day course was intended to facilitate an introduction to contemplation of nature, distilling some ethical consequences from it. By nature it was not only understood that of the environment of the National Park Sierra de Guadarrama, but also our own nature, since we are not separated from the environment. The ethical consequences addressed the values and attitudes that support our relationship with nature, whether internal or external. The work gathers the contributions of the four authors organized in four chapters.
