On Death and Dying1983
I was in a state of absolute love and admired everything around me. I was in loving communion with every leaf, every cloud, every blade of grass, and every living thing. I could even hear the pulsations of each stone on the road, and I passed over them … asking them with the thought: “I don’t want to step on you because it could hurt you” … It was simply a perception resulting from cosmic consciousness. I was allowed to recognize life in every single thing of nature, with this love that I am unable to formulate.
